St. John Neumann's Bereavement Ministry consists of volunteers
who endeavor to help the bereaved in their time of loss and grief.
We act as the link between the Church and the families.
We contact and meet with the family of the deceased,
offer them support, and help them through the process
of making preparations for a Catholic funeral. We contact
the musicians and inform the Church of the family's choices.
In this way, we hope to remove the burden of the details,
so that the family may grieve, and begin to heal
in the peace and light of Christ.
