| Readers/Lectors read for whom the Mass is being offered, who requested the Mass, the theme of the Mass, announce the opening hymn, read all announcements, readings and announce the closing hymn. |

| Altar Server |
| Altar Servers assist the priest at Mass and all special services throughout the year. Some training will be provided, scheduling is set up in three-month intervals on a rotating basis. You must have received First Holy Communion and be at least 9 years old to be an Altar Server. |
