  This seven-member board assists the pastor in
  addressing & solving any issues brought to the
  attention of the board by the pastor. They make
  recommendations to him about the operations
  within the parish and, in conjunction with the
  Financial Council, discuss the major building
  programs & social programs within the parish.
  
  Meetings are the second Tuesday of each month
  and by special appointments.
  
  Membership is for two years, with an optional third year.
